How much does shipping cost?

Our unique shipping policy includes a worldwide flat rate for the first product which is 3.95 USD, For Shippements to Australia and New Zealand we have to rise our shipping costs to 6.95 USD due to the long distance shipping but this is still a very competitive price. However, any additional product of the same group will also be shipped at no cost to these destinations.

 The Crypto Merch is not responsible in case of additional charges due to customs-related fees.

When will my package arrive? 

Packages are shipped within 7 business days in the US and the EU and 9-17 business days worldwide. 

 

Where is the store based?

Our office and company is located in Zug, Switzerland. However our products are produced and shipped from Latvia (EU) and Detroit as well as LA (USA).

 

What is the replacement/return policy? 

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

 The Crypto Merch is not responsible in case of additional charges due to customs-related fees, so there will be not any refund for these costs. Also, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Due to Printful policies, The Crypto Merch cannot provide a refund after 4 weeks from the day of the order.
